Climate Change Isn't
Coming, It's Here

The Financial District and Seaport Climate Resilience Master Plan aims to build Lower Manhattan’s resilience to climate risks, including daily tides and coastal storms. We are developing a comprehensive plan to secure the future of the region.

Funding and Financing Virtual Panel Discussion

The Mayor’s Office of Resiliency (MOR) and the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) invite you to attend an upcoming FiDi-Seaport Climate Resilience Plan panel discussion on Funding and Financing Resiliency in Lower Manhattan on Tuesday, April 13th from 1:30-3:00 PM.

Our panelists will speak to their experiences advancing resiliency projects in Lower Manhattan and New York City more broadly, the funding pathways that are available, and the role that local and federal politics plays for funding these kinds of projects. The project team will also share information about the City’s approach to funding resiliency projects citywide, and how this influences our approach to implementation pathways for the FiDi-Seaport Climate Resilience Plan.
